Heard Mr. Jitendra Pali, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Yashwant Singh Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the State. 2. The present intra-court appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the order dated 08.05.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in a batch of writ petitions, including WPS Nos. 5964 of 2023, 5957 of 2023, and 7473 of 2023. By the impugned order, the learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petitions on the ground that, having participated in the recruitment process in question, the appellants were precluded from challenging the same. 3. Learned State counsel has pointed out that the issue involved in the present appeal has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.A. No. 459 of 2025 & batch, wherein the present appellant, Pallavi Sahu, was arrayed as respondent No. 3 in W.A. No. 459 of 2025. Upon this submission, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal. 4. Prayer is allowed. 4 5. Accordingly, the present writ appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, I.A. No. 1 of 2025, being an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, also stands disposed off.
