When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M. Chalapathi Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has raised Cattle shed Gosala in the Mutt premises. So, nothing survives in the present writ petition for further adjudication and by recording the same, it may be closed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents does not refute the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
