The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hirodih P.S. Case No. 108/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 7951/2023, arising out of POCSO Case No. 151 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 506, 509 & 354(C) of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 8 of the POCSO Act, and chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 376(2)(n), 506, 509 & 354(C) of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act pending in the Court of learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Giridih. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected by this Court. The petitioner is alleged to have raped seventeen years old daughter of the informant. It was submitted that out of 15 chargesheeted witnesses, only 6 chargesheeted witnesses have been examined. It was also submitted that statement of the victim has been recorded during trial. On specific query, whether the victim has supported the prosecution case, it was submitted that victim has supported the prosecution.
