Pathak, Advocate 2/12.12.2025 Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bariatu PS Case No.198 of 2025, for offence registered under section 303(2), 306, 61(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner no.1 that she was doing work of maid in the house of the informant and she has stolen certain ornaments and he next submits that petitioner no.2 happened to be husband of the petitioner no.1 and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that only on suspicion the name of the petitioners has been inserted by the informant. He next submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent stated in paragraph no.14. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that in CCTV camera footage the petitioner no.1 was found concealing something. 5. Considering that petitioner no.1 was discharging the duty of maid in the house of the informant and the petitioner no.2 is husband of the petitioner no.1 and he was not doing any work in the house of the informant and only on suspicion the names of the petitioners have been taken and no incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of petitioner no.1 and they have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, both petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Bariatu PS Case No.198 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
