2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
“10.1 Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Korba, to fix a specific timeline for commencing the recording of statements of the 11 prosecution witnesses in Criminal Case No. 2317 of 2023 (State of Chhattisgarh vs. Jayprakash Yadav & Others). 10.2 Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to the trial Court to complete the trial in the said case within a stipulated period, preferably within six months from the date of this order, or any other reasonable period as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court. 10.3 Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to restrict the grant of unwarranted adjournments to the counsel for the accused, except in exceptional circumstances, and to ensure the presence of the accused for effective trial proceedings. 10.4 Pass any other order(s) as this Honb’le Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach appropriate Forum for redressal of their grievance.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.
