This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No.1 to 4 in not taking any action against the un-official Respondents No.5 to 11 as FIR No.119/2018, date.20-8-2018, PS Gorantla, Ananthapuram (dist), AP, as illegal arbitrary and opposed to the provisions of the Article.19 and 21, 300 (A) of the constitution of India consequently to direct the Respondents No.1 to 4 as per FIR against the Respondents No. 5 to 11 and arrest them.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, investigation has been conducted in Crime No.119 of 2018 and after completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed.
Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri V.Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
