Kachhawaha, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 5 and 6 would submit that this petition was filed by the petitioner as his objection to the delimitation of Ward No. 70, Bilaspur was not considered. He would submit that in the year 2024 again procedure of delimitation has been carried out by the State and thus, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Mr. Preetam Singh would not oppose the contention made by Mr. A.S. Kachhawaha. 4. Taking into consideration the above-stated facts, the petition is dismissed being rendered infructuous.
