1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 284 days in filing the Civil Revision Application.
3. Mr. Deshapande, the learned Counsel for the respondents opposes the application for condonation of delay.
4. This Court has perused the averments in paragraph 5 to 9 of the Interim Application.

It appears that on account of adverse social and financial circumstances, the applicants could not prefer the Revision Application within the stipulated period of limitation. There does not appear any negligence or want of bona fide on the part of the applicants.
6. Hence the Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay in preferring Revision Application is condoned.

8. Civil Revision Application be numbered and listed for admission.
