This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 13.06.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 425/2021 under Sections 135-1(a) Indian Electricity Act (Amendment) 2023, Police Station Anti Power Theft, District Deoria. 3. Learned A.G.A. on instructions submitted that the vide C.D. No.4 challan has already been forwarded on 27.02.2023 and the investigation has been concluded. 4. On perusal of records we find that by means of this petition the petitioner is claiming the relief, which cannot be granted now. 5.
