The petitioner is claiming the direction to the respondents to permit them to join the petitioner in her service at Government Engineering College, Raipur. 3. The facts in brief is that the petitioner was employed as Assistant Professor at Government Engineering College, Raipur. Her services were transferred from the Government Engineering College, Raipur to Government Engineering College, Jagdalpur vide order dated 20.08.2019. She had challenged her transfer order in the WPS No. 7141/2019 in which the interim order has been passed staying the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 20.08.2019 till the representation of the petitioner is decided. The said order was passed on 06.09.2019 and the writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of. The representation of the petitioner was decided by the respondents on 08.11.2019 by which her representation was dismissed and that decision dated 08.11.2019 has not been further challenged in any other petition. Since the petitioner was forced to join at Jagdalpur, she filed the present petition but in the meantime she had already joined at Government Engineering College, Jagdalpur and working there since a long time and now the petitioner does not want to prosecute the present petition further. She wants to withdraw the present petition as she has already joined and working there at Government Engineering College, Jagdalpur. 4. In view of the submissions made by the petitioner who appeared through virtual mode as also the statement given by the respondents, the present petition is disposed of. 5.
