The above writ petition has been filed to declare the action of the respondent authorities in identifying the petitioner’s land in survey No.95/2, Ramavarappadu Village, Vijayawada Rural and Mandal, Krishna District, for SRS,J W.P.No.3151 of 2014 the construction of Sub-Station/Transformer, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. An interim order was granted on 07.02.2014, and the same is operating as on today. 4. Learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 would submit that no constructions are made in the subject land of the petitioner. 5. Given the submission of learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 since no constructions are made in the petitioner’s land in survey No.95/2, Ramavarappadu Village, Vijayawada Rural and Mandal, Krishna District, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession of the subject property without following due process of law. No costs.
