While putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Anish Banshtu, learned Deputy Advocate General fairly states that order of pay fixation if not already passed, shall be passed expeditiously. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. In view of aforesaid fair stand adopted by the learned Deputy Advocate General, there appears to be no justification to call for reply from the respondents. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to ensure that order of pay fixation, if not already passed, is passed expeditiously, preferably within four weeks.
