Since the order of injunction is in force against the petitioner at least since 19 November 2018, at this stage, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed. 3. However, it is made clear that the Trial Court shall decide the suit on its own merit uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned judgment.
