The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring G.O.Ms.No.57, dated 30.10.2020 of 1st respondent as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983, the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Schools under 2 Private Management) Rules, 1993, the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, TMA Pai case[(2002) 8 SCC 481)], Islamic Academy case [(2003) 6 SCC 697)], Modern School case [(2005) SCC 583] and judgment of this Court in Nalanda Educational Society case [2011 (2) (ALD) 163 (DB)] and unconstitutional and consequently set aside G.O.Ms.No.57, dated 30.10.2020. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, Sri Vijay, learned counsel representing Sri Srinivasa Rao Bodduluri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that no orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and it may be closed. 3.
