1. Parties are present before the Court.
2. A joint memo is filed, signed by the parties and their respective advocates. Contents of joint memo reads as under:
"Hereby submitting that the petitioner and respondent have decided to line together and further the respondent has agreed to withdraw the divorce petition before the Trial Court. Hence the petitioner has also agreed to withdraw the above petition in the interest of justice.

3. Parties submit that the minor differences in the matrimonial tie has been the reasons for the initiation of the matrimonial proceedings and have forgotten the same in the interest of the matrimonial life ahead and wants to withdraw the matrimonial proceedings including the present civil petition.
4. Parties also submit that the wife has joined the matrimonial home and they are living happily.
5. Placing the above joint memo on record, the present Civil Petition stands disposed off.
6. Parties are at liberty to file necessary application before appropriate Court in the pending proceedings and withdraw the same.
7. Parties also submit that the pending criminal proceedings shall be brought to logical end in view of the
judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of
