CMP No. 24204 of 2025 in Ex. Petition No.757 of 2025
12.11.2025 Present Mr. Yogesh Kumar Chandel, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner.
Mr. Rajan Kahol and Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocate Generals with Mr. Ravi Chauhan and Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocate Generals, for the respondents-State.
While placing on record communication dated 7.11.2025, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 30.10.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh., Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the
order/ judgment sought to be executed stands duly complied with.
Having perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Deputy Advocate General. Factum with regard to compliance has also been acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly same is
disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that arrears in terms of aforesaid compliance, if not already released,
shall be released within a period of two months, failing which, applicants/petitioners would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards implementation of the judgment/ order, sought to be executed in the instant proceedings.
