This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the court of Pargana Adhikari (Sub Divisional Magistrate) Padarauna Kushinagad to decide the recall application dated 02.12.2024 in Case No. 202305440101945 (Lekhpal Report Versus Vishwanath others) against the order dated 06.06.2024 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Padarauna Kushinagar Under Section 31/32 of U.P. land Revenue Act 2006 and record the name of the petitioner in record of rights within short stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble court. (b) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to maintain status quo on the spot till disposal of the petitioner" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that recall application filed by the petitioner in the above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the recall application filed by the petitioner is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the recall application filed by petitioner in the above- mentioned, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
