For the Respondents: Mr. Rajan Kahol & Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocates General, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan and Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General, for State. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): Petitioner herein, who at present is working as Junior Engineer (Civil) at National Highway Division, HPPWD, Chamba, is aggrieved of order dated 18.11.2025 (Annexure P-2), whereby he has been transferred from National Highway Division Chamba at Bharmour to Bharmour Division, vice Mr. Hem Raj.
2. Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by Mr. Vinay Sharma,
learned counsel representing the petitioner is that impugned transfer
order is in violation to the Transfer Policy, formulated by the Government of Himachal Pradesh, because petitioner has been transferred from the aforesaid station to transferred station within a short span of ten months. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

Pursuant to notices issued in the instant proceedings, respondents-State has placed on record instructions dated 27.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Registrar, HPPWD, Shimla, perusal whereof reveals that petitioner herein has been transferred from National Highway Division Chamba at Bharmour to B&R Division, Bharmour, meaning thereby, only office of the petitioner has been changed. Firstly, petitioner was working in the National Highway Division of Chamba at Bharmour and now pursuant to impugned transfer order, he has been posted to B&R Division Bharmour.
4. In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order and as such, same is upheld. Present petition fails and dismissed accordingly.
