The State Government issued a Government Order on 04.09.2015, whereby post of Joint Director and Additional Director were created in State Forest Service to increase promotional avenues available to the members of the said service. The said Government Order has been challenged in this writ petition on the ground that without amending the State Forest Service Rules, 1993, new posts cannot be created. 4. Learned State Counsel has drawn our attention to paragraph no. 2 of the impugned Government Order dated 04.09.2015, in which it is mentioned that the service rules are being amended separately. 5. Since new posts of Joint Director and Additional Director have been created in State Forest Service to provide additional promotional avenues to members of the aforesaid service, which is in consonance with the law of the land, therefore, we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned Government Order. 6.
