Instant IA is filed for modification of the Court’s order in the ABLAPL. 3. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner is shown to have received an amount of Rs.10 lac to provide a railway job instead of Rs.11 lac, hence, to that extent, the Court’s order in the ABLAPL is required to be corrected. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. A copy of the IA is already served on the other side. Recorded the response of the State. In view of the fact that the amount p. 2 received by the petitioner from the informant said to have been wrongly mentioned as Rs.10 lac instead of Rs.11 lac while allowing the petitioner’s bail with a direction for him to surrender for being released with conditions, this Court is inclined to allow the IA to the extent as above. 5. Accordingly, it is ordered. 6. IA is disposed of with a direction that the order in the ABLAPL dated 19th March, 2026 shall be read as and with reference to an amount of Rs.11 lac allegedly received by the petitioner from the informant in place of Rs.10 lac. 7.
