Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking transfer of investigation of FIR No. 05/2018 registered with police station, Batote to Crime Branch, Jammu so that the investigation is conducted in fair and transparent manner. 2. Status report with regard to investigation of the aforesaid FIR has been filed by the respondents in which it has been stated that after investigation of the aforesaid FIR, offences under Sections 420, 409, & 468 RPC were found established against the accused and the charge-sheet stand already filed before the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Batote on 16.04.2019. 3. In view of the aforesaid development, the relief sought in the petition is rendered infructuous 4. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
