Case No. 54 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On 10.08.2025 at about 2.00 P.M., son of the Informant namely Md. Sahil @ Kurkure was shot dead by the named accused persons. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Md. Aslam has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 10948/2025. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Hindpiri P.S.
