The peoner incarcerated in the FIR caponed above has come up before this Court under Secon 439 Cr.P.C, seeking regular bail. 2. Counsel for the State submits that trial is at fag end and case is now fixed for defence evidence and now ball is in Court of peoner to conclude trial. 3. Counsel for the peoner submits that considering the peoner has been in custody for over four years, he prays for a direcon to the trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial. He further prays for withdrawal of the present peon. 4. Given above, the present peon is disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and conclude the trial on or before 15.11.2025. It is clarified that if the arguments are not heard on or before 15.11.2025, in that case, the peoner shall be permi8ed to file an applicaon for bail before the trial Court, which shall grant bail on the ground of prolonged custody. This liberty is subject to the condion that peoner shall not seek any adjournment.
