The respondents have rejected the case of petitioner Nos.2 to 8 for admission into the grant-in-aid post at petitioner No.1 school. 2. The learned Government Pleader for School Education submits that the petitioner No.1 has surrendered the aid and closed down the school, vide proceedings dated 18.12.2020. At the time 2 of closing the school, the services of one School Assistant and five Secondary Grade Teachers, along with other aided staff, were posted to other schools managed by the State. The grievance of the petitioners cannot be adequately addressed in view of the petitioner No.1 closing down its school. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
