By way of instant application, prayer has been made by the applicant/State to modify the order dated 4.6.2025 passed in CWP No. 3141 of 2024. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner fairly states that non-applicant/petitioner has been removed from service and as such, modification as sought through instant application is not required. Since non-applicant-petitioner has already retired, this Court sees no necessity to accept the prayer made in the instant application and as such, same is disposed of with an observation that benefits, if any, flowing to the non-applicant- petitioner shall abide by the outcome of SLP filed in Satya Devi’s case.
