Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Ajay Kumar Guria, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamshedpur. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, Rita Kumari Mahto, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging. 4. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there was no other mark of violence on the person of the deceased. It was further submitted that the deceased had left a suicidal note, in which, she has stated that there was quarrel with the petitioner for attending a marriage party without his approval. As such, she had committed suicide. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ajay Kumar Guria, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamshedpur, or his successor, in connection with Sonari P.S.
