JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 29/08/2025 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non compliance of the order dated 06.11.2020. It has been averred by the petitioner in the contempt petition that even after interim order dated 06.11.2020, the effect and operation of the order dated 06.11.2020 has been stayed whereby the petitioner was directed to submit the Bank Guarantee. The respondents vide order dated 02.01.2025 asked the petitioner to submit the Bank Guarantee. (2 of 2) [CCP-94/2025] Counsel appearing for respondents submits that vide order dated 28th August, 2025 the respondents have withdrawn the notice dated 02.01.2025 to the extent of demanding Bank Guarantee from the petitioner. Counsel for the respondents has placed before the Court the order dated 28th August 2025. In view of order dated 28th August, 2025 passed by the respondents, the Court is of the opinion that no further cause of action survives to continue the contempt petition as respondents have complied with the order.
