The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that in order to comply the order passed by this Court, the second respondent after considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, recommended the petitioner for the post of PG Assistant Chemistry and provisionally selected and also sent to the user department viz., the first respondent. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no appointment order has been passed by the first respondent. 4.
