JUSTICE G BASAVARAJA ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.669/2025 by Tunganagara Police Station, Shivamogga. 2. On the basis of the complaint filed by on Rathnadeepu.H, Tunganagara Police have registered the case in Crime No.669/2025 against accused No.1-Prajwal and other three unknown persons for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 3. Accused Nos.1 to 3 have already been released on bail by the II Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Shivamogga in Crl.Misc No.1114/2025. The order-sheet is also produced. The name of the present petitioner is not shown in the FIR. The prime accused is already released on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER Petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is allowed, subject to following conditions: i) The petitioner shall be released on bail upon executing a self bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with one surety for the likesum in the event of his arrest in Crime No.669/2025 by Tunganagara Police Station, Shivamogga. ii) The petitioner shall assist the Investigating Officer for his investigation. iii) The petitioner shall not tamper or threaten the prosecution witness in any manner.
