Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other order, direction or appropriate relief/s to call for records and set aside the Final Order dated:30.08.2025 passed by the Honble District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bengaluru (Urban) in C.C. No. 225/2024. A copy of the Order dated: 30.08.2025 is annexed hereto as Annexure - A. b. Pass an order directing the Respondent to pay the ID value of Rs.10,78,500/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Seventy-Eight Thousand And Five Hundred Only) to the Petitioner along with interest at the rate of 24% from the date of accident till realization in full for the total loss due to fire accident occurred to her Sonata Petrol Car bearing Registration No. KA 01 MJ 1794, Chassis No. MALEC41DLCM010273 and Engine No. G4KJCU713056 of 2012 Model of Hyundai Motor India Limited, as per the terms and conditions of the motor vehicle insurance policy bearing No. D055759543. c. What is being challenged in this writ petition is the order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bengaluru (Urban).
