The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “i. Quash the Charge Sheet No. 33/2025 dated 28.03.2025 and cognizance order of the impugned charge-sheet dated 07.04.2025 and all consequential proceedings in FIR No. 27/2025, pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg (C.G.), registered as Criminal Case No. RCC 11855/2025 under Sections 420 IPC. ii. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned Criminal Case No. RCC 11855/2025 under Sections 420 IPC, P.S. Vaishali Nagar District Durg (C.G.), District - Durg (C.G), titled as 'State of Chhattisgarh Vs. M Harsh Verdhan Reddy @ Mardol Harsh Vardhan Reddy and others' currently pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg (C.G). iii. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case along with cost of the petition be awarded in favour of the applicants.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition in order to approach the trial Court concerned for moving discharge application at an appropriate stage. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to law. 3 5.
