Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that at the instance of the respondent No.4, the police are threatening the petitioners not to enter the land. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that police are not 4. interfering in the civil dispute and no criminal case is registered against the petitioners and the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4 Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 would also submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
