This Petition is by the original plaintiff to challenge the Order dated 11th October 2024 rejecting the plaintiff’s application to amend the plaint. One of the grounds to reject the application is that it was filed after the trial has commenced. 2. This Order is purely an interlocutory order. Normally, court should be slow in interfering with such interlocutory order in its discretionary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
