3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to restore the original proceedings in CRMP No.1948/2025 to their initial stage & condone the delay in depositing the costs as directed by this Hon’ble Court on 25.06.2025 & allow the applicant to deposit the costs of Rs.2,000/- forthwith in the rightful interest of justice.”
4. Today, when the case is called, learned counsel for the applicant is not present nor any representation made on behalf of the applicant to press this MCC on repeated calls. As such, this Court has left with no other option, but to dismiss the MCC for want of prosecution.
