This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Certiorari a. calling for all the relevant records relating to and connected with the termination notice RC. No. Est/567/AM/2018-19 dated 22.6.2018 of the 2nd Respondent and quash or set aside the same holding it as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India. b. Consequently, direct the Respondents to refrain from acting on the termination notice RC. No. Est/567/AM/2018-19 dated 22.6.2018 of the 2nd, Respondent and

declare that. the Petitioner is entitled to all benefits including salary and allowances for the period from 2.2.2015, the date on which he was placed on suspension till the date of actual date of payment of the dues together with interest @ 7.5 per cent with quarterly rest for the monies due and payable to him.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that they intend to withdraw the petition and hence the petition may be disposed of.
3. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
