Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that gradation list of Lecturers (LB)/Headmasters was published as on 01.04.2024 in which the petitioner was placed below her juniors and for correction of same she made her representation on 18.07.2025 (Annexure P/11) on the basis of order dated 12.02.2025 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this court in WPS No.2263 of 2021 and other batch of writ petitions, but her representation has not been decided till date, therefore, she confines her prayer for a limited direction to the respondent No.3 to Digitally signed by INDRAJEET SAHU Date: 2025.08.28 18:20:59 +0530
2 decide her representation for correction/placement of petitioner in the said gradation list.

Learned counsel for the State submits that she does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.3 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period.
3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case the respondent No.3 is
directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2025 in accordance with law on its own merits as per applicable rules and circulars of the State Govt. within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from today.
