Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.605 of 2024, was rejected on 26.06.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.303 of 2024, was dismissed as withdrawn on 12.11.2024. 2 3. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 4. The bail application is rejected.
