The State Of Rajasthan, Through Principal Secretary, Directorate Of Medical Education, Govt. Of Rajasthan, Jaipur. 2. The Director, Rajasthan Medical Education Society, Jaipur (Rajmes), Govind Marg, Janta Colony, Medical Education Bhawan, Jaipur. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Pawan Kumar Verma For Respondent(s) : Mr. Sankalp Vijay for Mr. Vigyan Shah, AAG HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 22/01/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised the Court with the fact that the petitioner vide order dated 24.12.2024 upon upgradation in service, was directed to join at Karauli on 13.01.2025. However, the petitioner has several difficulties i.e. medical condition of his children and his wife being posted as a school teacher at Jhalawar; hence, could not join on the said services at the said place of posting. At this juncture, learned counsel has placed reliance upon the ratio encapsulated in Dr. Jagdish Kumar vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. registered as SBCWP No. 906/2025 [2025:RJ-JP:3140] (2 of 2) [CW-872/2025] wherein in similar circumstances an extension of 30 days was granted to the petitioner, as the petitioner therein has made a limited prayer for 15 days extension. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the instant matter and taking note of the observation noted in the afore-relied judgment this Court is inclined to grant relaxation pursuant to orders dated 24.12.2024 and 13.01.2025. Therefore, the joining date of the petitioner be relaxed and the upper limit date of joining for the said post at the said place of posting shall be 31.01.2025. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents that they shall given 30 days relaxation to the petitioner to join on the said post, on which the petitioner is selected. Pending application, if any, stand disposed of. (SAMEER JAIN),J ANIL SHARMA /39
