On 12.11.2024, this Court after considering the compliance report dated 04.11.2024 filed by the respondents, had observed that the judgment of writ court, so far as it pertains to refund of principal amount to the petitioner is concerned, stands complied with but the interest has not been paid to the petitioner in terms of the direction of the writ court. Accordingly, respondent No. 2, who was present in person, was directed to pursue the matter with the Administrative Department and ensure that the amount of interest payable to the petitioner is released in his favour. 2. Another compliance report stands filed by the respondents on 26.12.2024. Alongwith the said compliance report, the respondents have placed on record a copy of affidavit sworn by the petitioner, wherein he has 2 CCP(S) No. 320/2020 declared that he has received all his dues and that there is no claim outstanding against the respondent-department. 3. Today, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, it appears that the claim of the petitioner stands satisfied.
