Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage between the parties has been dissolved by way of mutual consent vide judgment dated 12.05.2025 passed by the Court of learned Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar. As per the first motion statement of the parties recorded therein, full and final settlement amount of Rs.4 lakh was to be paid by the respondent to petitioner as permanent alimony.
