The petitioner has been made accused in connection with A.T.S. P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 216, 413, 414, 467, 468 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-A), 25(1-b) (a), 25(6), 25(7), 26/ 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, CTD/ A.T.S., Ranchi. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.1057 of 2025 by order dated 10.02.2025. 4. On 17.07.2023, A.T.S. Ranchi had apprehended co-accused Chandan Kumar from the house of Champa Devi, while the petitioner was apprehended from a place near Tempo stand, Dardag Ormanjhi. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of both the accused persons. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two years. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, CTD/ A.T.S., Ranchi, in connection with A.T.S.
