JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 06-05-2025 Heard Mr. Anirudh Kumar Verma, learned counsel along with Mr. Vyas Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Md. Shakir Ahmad, learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 354 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126 (2), 115(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail. 4. The petitioners may surrender before the learned Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27126 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 District Court and seek regular bail. The learned District Court is directed to consider the regular bail application of the petitioners on the same day and pass order in accordance with law on the basis of the evidences which have been collected in course of investigation. 5.
