For the Informant : Mr. Ajit Kumar, Advocate ----- 04/10.11.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No.65/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 420/166(A)/ 217/420/466/409/467/120(B) of the IPC, pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Secretary of the Village Education Committee and the allegations are made that one person was provided appointment on the post of Para Teacher. He further submits that the said person, namely, Hasibun Nisha has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No.6173 of 2025, vide order dated 29.10.2025. He then submits that the petitioner has got no role of issuing of the fake educational certificate. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 6 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and informant opposed the prayer and submit that the allegations are there of giving appointment to the said Hasibun Nisha on the forged document. Considering that Hasibun Nisha has been provided privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.6173 of 2025 and the petitioner is happened to be the Secretary of the Village Education Committee and he has got no criminal antecedent and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra in connection with Itkhori P.S.
