The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist with the prayer to quash the judgement and order dated 12.6.2023 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Bijnor in Criminal Appeal No.95 of 2023 and order dated 12.7.2023 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO), Bijnor arising out of case crime no.225 of 2023, u/s 302, 201, 120-B IPC, P.S. Chandpur, District Bijnor. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the present revision has become infructuous since the trial in the matter has concluded and hence the present revision be dismissed. 5.
