Mr. Pooran Singh Rawat, learned Amicus Curiae for the petitioner. Mr. K.S. Bora, Deputy Advocate General and Mr. J.P. Kandpal, Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand. 2. Petitioner is lodged in Sampurnanad Shiver/Central Jail, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar. He made an application, which was registered as a writ petition. In the said application, petitioner complained that, due to callous attitude of the authorities, he was not granted Custody Parole by the Jail Authorities, consequently, he could not participate in the marriage ceremony of his daughter and could not perform Kanyadan. In the application, petitioner has prayed that appropriate legal action be taken against the concerned authorities, who failed to grant him Custody Parole. 3. From perusal of the application, offences, for which petitioner was convicted and sentenced, have not been disclosed. Even necessary particulars are also missing from the application. The marriage of petitioner’s daughter was solemnized long back. In the absence of necessary particulars, no order can be passed in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
