There is no material on board to show that the petitioners had approached the 1st respondent for paying tax. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to approach the 1st respondent with a formal application within two weeks from today and on receipt of the application, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and accept tax from the petitioners, if the application is in order. Necessary orders shall be issued within two weeks after receipt of the application.
