1. At the outset, learned counsel for the State contended that the order
2 passed by the Collector, District Surguja on 28.07.2025 has already been executed and the Food Officer has already been lodged FIR against the petitioner bearing No.512/2025 registered at Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja, therefore, this petition is become infructuous.
2. On the basis of submission made by counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file appropriate petition under the law.
