The present revision under Sections 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the revisionist- Madan Mohan Gupta, against the judgement and order dated dated 27.04.2004 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Etawah, in Criminal Case no. 1453 of 1998 (State Vs. Madan Moan Gupta), under section 7/16 of Food Adulteration Act, P.S. Ajitmal, District- Etawah and against the judgement & order dated 10.06.2009 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.5, Etawah in Criminal Appeal no. 14 of 2004. 4. As per the report dated 07.05.2025 a report has been received from the C.J.M., Auraiya stating therein that the revisionist- Madan Mohan Gupta has died. 5. Perused the said report dated 01.05.2025 of the C.J.M., Auraiya to the said effect which has been sent after due verification. 6. In view of the same, the present revision is dismissed as abated since the revisionist has died. 7. The matter be consigned to records. 8. Office to communicate this order along with the trial court records to District and Sessions Judge concerned within two weeks from today for necessary action.
