Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset states that the plaintiff-respondent, without disclosing the correct fact, had got the order from this Court on 21.1.2025 for deciding the 6-C application within a period of two months. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the said order was passed, his application under Order VII, Rule 11 C.P.C. was pending. He further contends that he is withdrawing the writ petition with liberty to move modification application in the matter, which had already disposed of on 21.01.2025. 3. In view of the said fact, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage, with the liberty as prayed.
