The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 305, 331(4), 326(g) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 5994 of 2025 by order dated 10.09.2025 at that stage. 4. During the intervening night of 14/15.02.2025, theft was committed in the grocery shop of the informant. During the course of investigation, on the confession of the petitioner, some of the stolen articles were recovered. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2025. It was further submitted that charge has been framed in the case, but the prosecution has not examined a single witness. 6. Mr. V.S. Sahay, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid contention. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda in connection with Mahagama P.S.
